Mizon’s Vegan Eyeliner is an ultra-vivid, jet-black liquid liner.

This is our sturdiest eyeliner yet, with a zero-smudge waterproof formula resistant to sweat and smudging for long-lasting, high-definition looks. 

One of our favourite things about this liner is its high-intensity pigment. Unlike most liquid liners, there is no streakiness! The colour is a dramatic true black that glides on evenly, reminiscent of a felt marker. The pen-style applicator also has high-elasticity fibres to ensure no splitting and ultra-sharp lines.
